Food waste has become a global issue that is becoming increasingly urgent. Community approaches such as foodcoops, legal restrictions, but also smartphone apps are already sprouting up to address this issue. We want to make the recycling of overproduction of non-standard fruit and vegetables attractive and efficient for both environmentally aware buyers and food producers by means of an intermediary platform or a linked app.
